Vittorio set his foot firstly in Asia in 2011 when he joined an Italian restaurant in Koh Samui, Thailand. It was a few years after his passion travelled him to the UK and Abu Dhabi. After Thailand, the non-settler moved to India and worked for the Movenpick Bangalore as Chef de Cuisine. He then joined Regency Hotel in Tunisia before flying to “Paradise” as he called Bali with, in 2012 to join Fontana Hotel. He moved to Gulden Tulip two years after Fontana before joining The Stones in 2016.
