Bagus Satria is the Executive Chef, the artisan behind the kitchen door. He reports directly to the General Manager. His main job is to design the menu of Rempah-Rempah and Crystal Blue based on the demand of the market, monitoring the quality and hygiene of the ingredients and the food served. Bagus is also in charge to make sure that all the guests have great gastronomy experiences. He joined Samabe in June 2016. Prior to joining Samabe, Bagus worked with in Amatera Villa for a year. He brings his years of experience of working in top hotels in Indonesia such as Amanusa, and Mulia Bali to the kitchen of Samabe.
